COVID-19 Update 30 Dec

NSW Health has released the following visitation guidelines effective from today until  midnight, 6 January 2021.

“Until at least 11.59pm on Wednesday 6 January  2021 all residential aged care facilities in the Greater Sydney area (including Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong City Council) must exclude visitors except those performing essential caring functions eg. visiting a resident who is receiving end of life care.”

All staff must continue to wear surgical masks.

This is a precautionary step taken by NSW Health due to recent cases of COVID-19 outside of the Northern Beaches.

Residents are only able to leave the facility for urgent medical appointments.

2020 has been extremely challenging and we appreciate all your support and understanding whilst we enforce these restrictions.

By following this directive, we are reducing the risk of COVID-19 from entering our facility.

We will keep you advised of any further changes.

Stay safe,

Justin Dover – Chief Executive Officer
